Q. Can I purchase the items I want online and pick up in store?
A. Yes. We have that option available to you. You can also order online and pay and pick up in store.

Q. Do you provide a tracking number so I know my order has been posted.
A. Yes. We use Australia Post - Parcel Post Plus which allows tracking. However they only scan your parcel when we hand it over the counter at our local Australia Post office and it is then scanned when it arrives at the designated Australia Post office. You can track this number online.

Q. What is an "Indent Order"?
A. These items are currently not stocked in store but we can order them in for you. You will need to allow 30 days for delivery of this stock. We keep you up to take in regards to their availability.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
A. We use MailChimp as our Newsletter management service. You will have received details regarding your subscription when you confirmed your subscription. If you have lost that information, please email us and we will remove you from our mailing list. Please ensure you provide the correct email address that you subscribed with.
